Episode 3 - Rhenz Abando

Witness how Rhenz Abando’s basketball journey unfolds from his hometown in La Union to the UST Growling Tigers’ lair in España. Raised alone by his grandmother, Rhenz has experienced a lot of difficulties in life before moving in with his grandmother’s sister in Urdaneta, Pangasinan to finish his high school education. While playing for various inter-collegiate and regional leagues, opportunities to play for Manila-based universities easily came his way but Rhenz’s former coach has different plans for the rising star. The ‘probinsyano’ baller eventually gets to taste success after he was scouted by UST head coach Aldin Ayo. Donning the #10 jersey, Rhenz becomes one of the university’s lethal weapons inside the court.
